We have had a bit of a crush on this space for a while – it’s crisp, elegant and perfectly curated, without being too flashy – just what we love here at Roomie. The new fit-out of waterfront rooms at The Duke of Marlborough Hotel called for some creative thinking from interior architect Janice Kumar-Ward, and true to her style, she created a serene, calm and pared back retreat. With a strong monochromatic base, what we really love is the use of textures, and colour with serious impact.
